Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is damaged or defective, or

  • The product did not arrive at your delivery address

If your order meets any of the above conditions, you may request a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered

Return Request Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. Include your order number and details of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your request is approved, we will either:

    • Send a replacement product, or

    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate and provide a resolution.
